We enjoyed an outing to the new Petco Park downtown baseball field for Padre Game. The stadium is beautiful and so neat in downtown. Downtown San Diego has changed dramatically since I came to SD in 1992. There used to be "outskirts" of downtown that were pretty unfavorable (crime, homeless)...now it is a trendy, hipster blanket of clubs, restarants, lounges, and hotels....everything is in walking distance. When we lived in South Park we took advantage of going downtown and it was great....it is even better now! The ballpark offers cheap grass seats for $5 which is great for kids who want to run free. They have a small playground and a minature infield for kids to play ball...very cool.
Easter Cameron was up early as usual....good thing that bunny is fast! Cameron was caught on video tape and camera so being it was dark still when he awoke I am sure he is blind now!
